Stop by our office at 523 6th Street in Armstrong or 19 West Maple Street in Ringsted to discuss your service and repair needs. Business hours in Ringsted are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and in Armstrong Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm.

Call - Normal Business Hours
Call our office at 712-866-8000 (Ringsted) - 712-868-8000 (Armstrong) or 611 from a RingTel exchange to report a problem and request assistance.

After Hours & Holidays
Technicians monitor our networks 24/7 and are on call before and after normal business hours and on holidays. If you have a service issue that requires immediate attention, please call our office and leave your name, number, location, nature of your problem and number where you can be reached. A technician will return your call as quickly as possible and determine the best course of action to resolve your issue.

Iowa OneCall
Iowa law requires that any person, homeowner, professional, public or private entity planning to engage in any form of excavation within the state of Iowa must notify Iowa One Call at 1-800-292-8989 or 811 at least 48 hours prior to excavating.
