Dear Internet Customers,
As you are aware, we will be changing the way we offer Internet service to you. The changes will
allow us to provide you a better, more localized Internet product. The service will be provided
under the ringtelco.com name rather than the netINS.net name.

Our CD Will Help with Setting Changes – please run between today & August 1st
In order to make the necessary changes to your computer, please insert and run the CD that has been provided. It will walk you through the necessary steps to adjust your settings. Please use the CD starting today and before August 1. If you have dial-up Internet, the dial in phone number will remain the same. Should you need another CD, please contact our office.

Your Email Address Will Change
The changes made during the use of the CD will include you changing your email address settings.
If your old email address was bob@netINS.net your new email address will be bob@ringtelco.com.
Also, instead of using your bob@netINS.net username to login to your account, you will need to
use bob@ringtelco.com to connect.

High Speed Internet Customers that have a router in addition to your DSL modem
We are moving from a ‘static IP’ structure to a ‘DHCP’ structure. Therefore, if you have a
router, you will need to change your router settings to ‘DHCP’. To accomplish this, you can
consult your router instructions or contact our offi ce at 712-866-8000 for assistance.

For your reference, a new Internet Settings Document is also enclosed with this letter. Please keep it
for your future reference.

We are doing the following to smooth the transition process for you: The transition process will
start July 15th at which time you can use either your new ringtelco.com information or your old
netINS.net information to log in. On August 1st, only your ringtelco.com information will work.

Tech Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
