Please read the following enrollment instructions

To register, use your 10 digit Account Number and then enter your “Security Code” using the numerals 584 along with the last four digits of your Phone Number or the last 4 numbers in your last name noted in your bill (example below: 5845555 or 584OMER).

Please note, instead of a phone number, your account may have Internet or some other label. In these cases, use the number associated with this label to create your account’s security code.
